Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify a scheduled window painting service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the timing and circumstances of your request.

Pre-Service Cancellations

For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service request, such as changing the design or number of windows, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your changes.

Completed Services

Once a window painting service has been completed, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you have concerns about the quality of the work, please contact us and we will work with you to address any issues.

Weather-Related Cancellations

In cases of severe weather that prevents safe service completion, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
